The gold flakes are scattered onto a coat that is still wet and then sealed under two clear coats, so seen at an angle they sit at different depths. The spiral is the brush stroke of the coat, kept on purpose.
Diameter 30 cm, height 2.5 cm. The underside is lacquered black with three small pad feet.
For dry food, fruit, or as a centrepiece on a table. Not for the microwave or the dishwasher.
