Turned from solid wood and coated in many layers of natural lacquer. A small flowering branch is painted on the body in gold powder, fine and deliberately not covering the whole surface, so the shape stays the main thing to look at.
Height 28 cm, base 9 cm, mouth 5 cm. The interior is fully lacquered and fitted with a liner for fresh flowers in a small amount of water; it suits dried stems or a few sprigs of foliage best.
Do not fill to the top, and do not leave water standing overnight.
Photographed with other pieces from the set; the item sold is the vase.
