Rectangular red lacquer tray with peach blossom

The tray is built on a magnolia wood base, cloth-primed and coated in many layers of natural lacquer before the peach blossom is painted in gold powder. The motif sits under two clear top coats, so it does not wear with cleaning.

Dimensions 40 × 28 × 3.5 cm. Cut-out handles at both ends; the right size for a tea set or breakfast for two.

Satin finish, lacquered inside and out. Each tray ships in a rigid box with foam padding.

Photographed with other pieces from the set; the item sold is the tray.
